Procedure to Root LG Lucid 4G smartphone ICS Android 4.0:
- Download and Extract the LG Lucid 4G Rooting Package from here to your computer. Once downloaded, connect your device to the computer and head over to the folder named “LG Lucid Root”.
- Open the file named as “RunMe.bat” file and connect your LG Lucid 4G device to the computer with the help of original USB cable which you got at the time of purchase.
- Once it’s done, you will have to press the Enter key for rooting the device. Please note that it will take some time for the device to root and once the process is done, the device will be rebooted.
- To check on whether your phone is rooted or not, download “Root Checker” app from the Google PLAY Store where you will be able to find the root status. Just in a rare case if the device is not rooted, you will have to re follow the above instructions.
Note: If the device gets into the boot loop sequence or say gets stuck in the welcome screen, just re insert the battery and re follow the above instructions so as to again follow the above mentioned instructions.
