Procedure to Root Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 P7310:
- Before proceeding, download and install Samsung Drivers for your Tab 8.9 P7310 device. Once it’s installed, you need to restart your computer so that the drivers are installed and applied successfully.
- Now, download Rooting Zip Package from here to your computer. Now connect the device to the computer and copy the downloaded zip package to your device.
- After copying, remove the USB cable and turn Off the tab so as to enter the tab in the recovery mode. The recovery mode in tab can be entered by holding the Volume down button + Press the power button for 15 seconds till you see the two icons in your tab. Release the buttons and with the help of Volume buttons, select “Recovery Mode” and wait till the recovery mode is shown up.
- With the help of Volume Key, you need to select “apply zip from SD Card” after which you need to select the file which you have placed in the tab.
- It will take around 5 – 10 minutes for finishing the rooting process. Once the rooting process is completed, either it will automatically get restarted or will land up in the recovery mode screen.
- If the device lands back on the recovery screen, you need to then select the option of “++++ Go Back ++++” and then select “reboot system now”.
Once the device gets rebooted, you can see that the device is rooted, you now need to find an app called superuser.
