Samsung Galaxy S III SC 06D Smartphone
Galaxy S III international version come up with quad core processor but S III SC 06D comes with the dual core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor clocked at 1.5 Ghz. This is a major difference and remaining all other features remained same like it will come out with 4.8 inches Super AMOLED HD display screen providing 1280 x 720 pixel resolution along with 8 mega pixel camera on the rear side and 1.9 mega pixel on the front side. The phone comes with a micro SD card slot which supports 64 GB of storage capacity along with the 16 GB as the internal storage capacity and it includes 2100 mAh long standby battery.
The phone is expected to arrive in June last week or the July first week and it will come out with the 4G LTE support by NTT DoCoMo available in selected region of Japan. No details on the pricing were revealed at the moment.
The recent news has revealed that the S III with NTT Docomo in Japan would have the 2GB RAM, and that is some real good memory which many netbooks too don’t have in the recent times. To sum it up, you are going to see the heavy internal specs including the 1.5GHz dual core Snapdragon S4 processor, the 2GB RAM and externally the large 4.8-inch which the original released model has got. With the RAM being kept at such a level, it would provide a threshold standard for all the upcoming models of the phones coming in the near future, especially in the ones that would come with the latest Android OS version.
