The South Korean giant, Samsung has silently launched a mini variant of the Samsung Galaxy J1 called as Samsung Galaxy J1 Nxt in Bangladesh. The new smartphone was earlier supposed to be called as Samsung Galaxy J1 Mini and was also leaked several times. The Galaxy J1 Nxt comes with all the basic specifications and is priced at 6,990 Bangladeshi Taka (approx $88/Rs. 6015). The device is currently available for purchase via all the leading retail stores in Bangladesh.
Coming to the specifications part, the Galaxy J1 Nxt flaunts a 4-inch (800×480 pixels) WVGA TFT display and comes equipped with the unknown quad-core processor clocked at 1.2GHz. The device comes with 1GB of RAM, 8GB of inbuilt storage and also includes a microSD card slot for further expansion upto 128GB. The smartphone supports dual sim dual standby and runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop out of the box. On the camera section, the smartphone sports a 5MP rear camera with CMOS sensor, no LED flash and a VGA (0.3MP) front-facing camera.
The smartphone comes with necessary connectivity options like 2G/3G HSPA+, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS and microUSB port. The handset powers a 1500mAh battery that is rated to offer upto 8 hours of talk time and 29 hours of audio playback time. The dimensions of the device measure 126.6 x 63.1 x 10.8 mm weighs around 123 grams and comes in White, Black and Gold color variants. The Galaxy Tab A 7.0 with model number SM-T280 is a Wi-Fi only variant while the Galaxy Tab A 7.0 with model number SM-T285 also supports 4G-LTE. The tablet features 7-inch (1280×800 pixels) HD display, 1.3GHz quad-core SoC, 1.5GB of RAM, 8GB storage, 5MP rear camera, 2MP front snapper, 4000mAh battery and runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop out of the box. The Wi-Fi, only variant of the Galaxy Tab A 7.0 (2016), is priced at PLN 599 (approx $150/Rs. 10,150) while the LTE variant costs PLN 799 (approx $200/Rs. 13,550).
