Samsung Galaxy S2 Skyrocket LTE 4G launched via AT&T Network

Finally Samsung Galaxy S2 gets 4G LTE as AT & T has come up with Samsung Galaxy S II Skyrocket. Galaxy S II Skyrocket will support LTE network from the AT & T carrier in United States to provide the LTE speed to the users.

The Samsung Galaxy S II version of AT & T will have 4.5 inches AMOLED Plus display with a maximum resolution of 480 x 800 pixels although the normal version released previously came with 4.3 inches display. Apart from that one all the hardware specifications remained same with dual core 1.5 Ghz processor, a splendid 8 mega pixel camera with 1080p HD video recording & 2 mega pixel front facing camera.

Galaxy S II Skyrocket will be on sale from November 6, 2011 at a price of $ 249.99 in contract of two years with the network. Its slated to cover the regions like Boston, Washington DC, Athens GA and Baltimore. And with that 4G LTE would also be launched in Washington DC, Boston, Athens GA and Baltimore on the launch day of Galaxy S II Skyrocket too. Data price would be costing at $ 15 per month for 200 MB of data and 2 GB will cost at $ 25 per month.

This phone comes with TouchWiz interface and powers the Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread OS, eagerly awaiting the Ice Cream Sandwich update.
