The Samsung Galaxy TabPro 10.1 has been officially announced at the CES 2014, with the huge resolution of 2560×1600 pixels, and that would be under the 10.1 inch screen. This is not the only tab that is announced by the company, as they have also announced an 8.4-inch one with the similar screen resolution, and both of them are aptly announced after a fair response to similar sized tabs in the recent past.
Having the Super clear LCD WQXGA display, the Galaxy TabPro 10.1 would have the Exynos 5 Octa or Snapdragon 800 Processors based on the location and they would be supporting the 4G LTE connectivity in the US, and the 3G along with several other options in the other regions. Running the Android 4.4 KitKat, the Galaxy TabPro 10.1 has a 8220 mAh battery.
The company notes:
For additional value and productivity right out of the box, the Samsung Galaxy NotePRO and TabPRO (12.2) will feature up to approximately $700 worth of the premium pre-paid, long-term subscription offers from best-selling news, social media and cloud storage providers, including: Bitcasa, Bloomberg Businessweek+, Blurb, Cisco WebEx Meetings, Dropbox, Easilydo Pro for Tablet, Evernote, Hancom Office for Android, LinkedIn, LIVESPORT.TV, NY Times, Oxford Advanced Learner’s A-Z, and Sketchbook Pro (content packages may vary by region).
There are no details about the pricing and availability of the Galaxy TabPro 10.1 for now.

The SM-T520 tablet from Samsung, although is not official, we are getting to know most of the specifications through a Benchmark test after the several rumors that flew around for a long time. Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 is what this tablet is being called, and the AnTuTu benchmark score of 33838 points makes it one of the top high-end Android devices, even before this is made official by the company. Is this one of the products Samsung is announcing during the CES 2014?
From the list of specs, it shows that the Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 is going to rock its own Exynos 5 Octa chip (Exynos 5420), and the clock speed would be 1.9 GHz, and although there are eight cores in the processor, it’s not a true octa core chipset because the smartphone cannot use all the eight cores together. But recently, there was a confirmation that a software update might be enough in the future to make all the cores running together in this same Exynos 5 chipset.
Here comes a rumor part, which is almost confirmed – The Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 will have a 10.1-inch display with the 2560 x 1600 pixels screen resolution, the same which Samsung used for the Galaxy Note 10.1, and that could be an AMOLED display. There is 2GB of RAM supporting the processor, and the internal storage would be 32GB. The Android version is the latest, Android 4.2.2 KitKat version. There are two cameras in the device – 8-megapixel rear one and a 2-megapixel front shooter.
These leaks are from a trustworthy source of Phonearena, and cannot go wrong as some of the specs were already the ones which were rumored. Only the date for its announcement is not confirmed, and it is not known whether we would be seeing it unveiled at the CES 2014, or would we have to wait till the MWC in February.
