Samsung Galaxy S III Mini that was originally released in November 2012 as a compressed and cheaper version of the S III flagship that year. It was priced for $230 unlocked giving pretty good value for money considering its specifications. Now Samsung is introducing a new Value Edition of this handset.
According to the SamMobile, the Galaxy S III Mini Value Edition comes with a model number GT-I8200, which is an upgrade from the model number of the original S III Mini (GT-18190). Samsung has not given any word on the specification nor the pricing, not even a picture. The GT-I8200 was approved by both FCC and Bluetooth SIG and was certified in December 2013.
This Value Edition of the Samsung S II Mini is coming in two variants, GT-I8200N which seems to be made for the Europe and the GT I8200L for the South America. The certification was given to the GT- I8200N model. So this FCC listed device will be coming with dual band Wi-Fi and 3G (1900 MHz).
The Sketch of the S III Mini Value Edition (GT-I8200N) came out from the FCC, suggesting that the device is similar to the old S III Mini versions look and we are expecting the same in the specifications also assuming that it will come out with the similar specifications as the old model. But speculations of this Smart phone could be launch in the next month.
We could assume that the Value Edition of the S III could be cheaper than the original version of the Galaxy S III, but it is still just our assumption and could be the other way too. Samsung may plan to unveil this device along with Galaxy Grand Lite and Galaxy Note 3 Lite next month. This will be exciting news for all the Samsung Galaxu S III Mini lovers.
