Samsung Xcover Galaxy Extreme S5690 Finally available in UK Stores

Remember that Galaxy Xcover handset was announced in August last year in Germany but never went on sale. The device launch was delayed and finally this device will be launched in United Kingdom this month with shipping starting from January 9 as the various online retailers points out. It has been listed on Clove and Handtec for sale at 225 euros.

The Samsung Galaxy Extreme S5690 is for those users who have active lifestyle as it’s well protected against dirt and dust and screen scratches. It comes with IP67 certifications that it’s is a water proof phone along with no environment dust or dirt will creep in it. The Galaxy Extreme phone can stay for around 30 minutes in 1 meter deep water and still can work perfectly. It will feature a 3.6 inches amazing HVGA display screen with Gorilla Glass display which is with scratch resistant tempered proof glass providing a maximum resolution of 480 x320 pixels and with 158 ppi pixel density.

It will be powered with 800 Mhz Marvell MG2 processor along with 512 MB RAM and 158 MB internal flash memory.
