Sony Z Ultra Google Play Edition Now Available Exclusively at $649

Sony Z Ultra is another device which is available in the Google Play Store today and it is the first phablet coming from Sony that has been added into Google Play Edition in the device section. Apart from this LG G Pad 8.3″ & White Nexus 7 were also made available today.

The Sony Z Ultra Google Play Edition will have the same hardware and specifications as the original one but will be having the latest version of Android 4.4 KitKat. The device has an enormous 6.4 inch diagonal Full HD (FHD, 1920 x 1080) display with 342 ppi, built in with Sony’s Triluminous technology. It also has an IP55 and IP58 compliant ratings making it dust and water resistant, which is why its the best water proof smart phone.

The device is powered by Qualcomm MSM8974 Quad Core, 2.2 GHz processor with 16 GB internal storage and 2 GB RAM and comes with a 8 MP camera on the back and 2 MP front camera. It also runs LTE internationally but in India it works over HSPA+

This Phablet can be grabbed at a price of $649 at the Google Play store this is the phone to get if you are having plans to use a Stock Android phone. Google is also providing free shipping for a limited period for US based costumers and we are yet to know if it would be available world wide or not.
