Almost all the manufacturers are coming with their latest flagships and now Motorola joins the list with the 3rd generation of Moto X. You heard it right; the specs of Moto X (3rd Gen) are leaked today. The Moto X (2nd Gen) was launched in September 2014 which is just seven months old. We cannot expect the launch of new Moto X until September 2015, as Motorola doesn’t launch a successor in less than 12 months.
Based on the leak, the device has a 5.2-inch 2K (1440×2560) resolution display with 565ppi, this is the same display panel which we already seen on Droid Turbo. The device will be powered by Snapdragon 808 hexa-core chipset with 4GB of RAM, and it comes in 32GB and 64GB variants.
The new Moto X packs a 16MP rear camera with a LED flash, 5MP front-facing camera and a battery of 3,280mAh capacity. It runs on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop out of the box. As the device will be tested with the given specs and will undergo some changes if there is any negative feedback.
