Google Maps has really made things very easy and on go. Sitting on the web I can know the places satellite imagery, route of unknown places and calculate various other things like distance, directions and showing out the pictures of that particular location. The GPS position and tracking are the other features which still enhance the use of Google Maps. Street view is the recent addition to Google Maps which provides insight on what we see from the ground level.
Long press on any location in Google maps and a box will appear locating the address of that place. Now tap on the address and you will find Street View option on screen among the various other screen options. This is something that Google doesn’t mention in this application. Important that this application will show street view wherein the Google Car has visited for street view imagery.
It will work on all the important, minor highways, arterial roads, and local highways along with local roads as well. For other countries mostly major cities are covered and street view in future will be available for more countries unless there is privacy issues reported from users.
This application will work for minimum of Android 2.1 and higher version of Android phones. This is a free distribution Android apps with a file size of 282 kb.
