Please note that this firmware update is a leaked version and not the official KIES release which generally Samsung rolls out the firmware updates on. Many of the Android phone users have a misconception that if they update with the leaked firmwares, the phone will be rooted. But it’s not the case as until and unless you root your device there is no way that you will void the warranty. Since this is not an official release, one might face some issues with this firmware which may be minor but it will be solved once the newer firmware update version arrive. Also, soon there will be newer versions of Gingerbread that are 2.3.3 as well as the 2.3.4 will be arriving for the Samsung Galaxy Apollo i5800 phone which we will see once it arrives on Androidadvices.com.
