Steps to update your Samsung Galaxy Beam I8520 to DXJF5 Asian Firmware 2.1 version:
- Initially, download Galaxy Beam I8520 DXJF5 package and save it on your computer (or Laptop) desktop. Now extract the files from the zip file and in this process you will get a notification to enter the password. So, enter the password as ‘androidadvices.com’ and extract the files safely.
- Check all the extracted files as given in the screenshot below and find out whether all the files are extracted properly or not, and if you found any of the missing file then download the file again and extract the same.
- Now, open the Odin tool from the extracted files and turn OFF your phone. From here we use the Odin tool to continue the updation process of DXJF5 firmware. So, keep the Odin tool open and be ready to use it.
- Turn ON your phone again and enter into the downloading mode. To enter into the downloading mode, just press volume DOWN key and OK button along with the Power button simultaneously. Refer to below video to know how to turn ON your phone in the downloading mode.
