Steps to update your Samsung Galaxy Beam I8520 to DXJH1 Asian Firmware 2.1 version:
- Initially, download Galaxy Beam I8520 DXJH1 package. If any interruption occurs in the middle then download the zip file again. It is advised to save the file on the computer (or Laptop) desktop so that you can easily find the files. Once the file has downloaded, extract the files at the same location. In the extraction procedure you need to enter the password. So enter ‘androidadvices.com’ as a password and click ‘Ok’ to extract the files safely.
- The extracted files should contain all the files as shown in the figure below. If you found any of the file missing from the list then download the zip files again. So, once you have all the files then continue to next step.
- Open the Odin flash tool from the extracted files list and run it on your computer. We use Odin flash tool from now on, to apply the DXJH1 firmware update. So, turn OFF your phone now and keep Odin tool ready for the usage.
- Now, turn ON your phone again and enter into the downloading mode. To enter into the downloading mode, just press volume DOWN key and OK button along with the Power button simultaneously. Refer to below video to know how to turn ON your phone in the downloading mode.
