Videocon Telecom that was earlier known as Videocon Mobile Services has launched a new Android Smartphone in the A series named as Videocon A29. Earlier in September 2013 we have seen that the company has changed its logo and rebranded itself to Videocon Telecom. The Videocon A29 is a 4 inch device with WVGA screen and is a dual SIM variant with 3G connectivity. The Videocon A29 has a 4 inch WVGA (800 x 480 pixels) TFT capacitive touchscreen display and will run on Android 4.3 Jelly Bean Operating system. The device is powered by 1.2 GHz dual core processor coupled with 512 MB of RAM. Moreover the device is a dual SIM variant with dual standby and has a 1400 mAh battery on the back to power it.

The Videocon A29 has a 3.2 MP rear facing camera with LED flash and a VGA camera on the front. Other than these, the device has the connectivity options like 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS. The on-board memory of the device is at 32 GB that can be expandable up to 32 GB via MicroSD card slot. The Videocon A29 has the normal 3.5 mm audio jack and FM Radio.
