Yesterday, the company confirmed that the Vivo X6 will come with twin-engine flash charging technology that can charge the smartphone two times faster than the other fast charging supported devices.
Today, Vivo has teased a new image on its Weibo account confirming that the Vivo X6 will be officially announced at an event in Beijing on November 30. Earlier Nov 18, 2015: Vivo has been the talking point of lot of smartphone buffs about the launch of its upcoming flagship Vivo X6 smartphone. Recently, the company confirmed that the X6 will come with whopping 4GB RAM and will also sport a fingerprint scanner. The other rumored specifications are iPhone 6S like 3D Touch and split-screen multi-tasking feature as seen the Samsung devices.
Now, a new teaser image reveals the latest feature of the device called as twin-engine flash charging technology. The new technology uses the dual-charging chip and dual charging circuit that makes the device more secure and can help the smartphone to charge in half the taken by the other fast charging technology supported devices.
Earlier, we exclusively reported about the Vivo X6 smartphone teased by the company to launch in next few weeks. In the past few days, Vivo has been posting few images on its official Weibo account revealing some specifications about the device. Today, few images of the smartphone have been spotted on TENAA suggesting the design of the upcoming flagship smartphone.
As per the listing, the device will sport an all metal body that will cover 98% of the body. It also features a fingerprint scanner below the rear camera and LED flash on the back. The images also show the power button and volume rockers placed on the right edge of the handset and the hybrid sim card slot on the left side of it. The device will be available in colors- Silver, Gold and Rose Gold.
The confirmed specifications of the smartphone are 4GB RAM, a fingerprint scanner and the recent leaked images also confirmed that the device will also sport an iPhone 6S like 3D Touch. The other rumored specifications of the Vivo X6 are 6-inch Quad-HD display with 2.5D arc glass, Helio X20 deca-core SoC, 1GB of dedicated graphic RAM, 21MP rear camera, Android 5.1 Lollipop and 4000mAh battery.
According to the listing, the smartphone is expected to be launched in two variants with model numbers X6L and X6D. Although the company officially confirms nothing, we advise you to take this with a proverbial pinch of salt.
