VIVO Y27L with Snapdragon 410 SoC & 4G-LTE Connectivity Launched for Rs. 12,980

Today, Vivo has launched a new smartphone dubbed as vivo Y27L. According to Mumbai-based retailer Mahesh Telecom, the latest smartphone will be available in India from offline stores. The main USP of the vivo Y27L is its slim and sleek design. The device comes with a magnesium alloy back, it is just 6.99mm thick and weighs 137 grams.

Talking about its specifications, the vivo Y27L flaunts a 4.7-inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) IPS display and comes powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 64-bit quad-core SoC clocked at 1.2GHz with Adreno 306 GPU. The device has 1GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage and microSD card support for expansion upto 128GB. It supports dual sim dual standby and comes packed with a 2260mAh battery.

It sports an 8MP rear camera with LED flash and a 5MP front-facing camera for video calling and selfie lovers. On the connectivity front, it includes 4G-LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS/A-GPS and microUSB port. The device runs on Android 4.4 KitKat based Funtouch OS 2.0 and will be available in Silver and White colors.

The vivo Y27L is priced at Rs. 12,980 that is a bit high looking at the specifications of the device. The smartphone will have to face tough competition from other smartphones available in the market that offers better specs than this device and are also available at a cheaper price.
