Xiaomi bumped up the specification of Mi Prime in terms of processor, RAM and came up with an upgraded version Xiaomi Mi Max Prime smartphone. It is launched at INR 19,999 in India. The other specifications of the smartphone are same as Mi Prime. The Mi Prime was launched by the company in June this year. With improved RAM and much powerful processor on board the new smartphone looks more powerful than its predecessor.

Talking about the specification of Mi Max Prime, it is a 7.5mm thick device and weighs around 203 grams. It comes with 6.44-inch IPS LCD display and supports multi-touch. The resolution of the display is 1920*1080 pixels with pixel density of 342 ppi. The smartphone is powered by 1.8GHz Hexa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 processor along with Adreno 510 GPU on board. There is 4GB RAM along with 128GB internal storage. While Mi Max used to have Qualcomm Snapdragon 650 processor along with 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage.
There is 128GB memory card support as well, that makes it total 256GB storage out of the box. It comes with 4850mAh Li-Ion battery on board. The smartphone comes in Black and white colours. It runs on Android Marshmallow 6.0 out of the box. Talking about the camera of the smartphone, there is 16MP rear camera with LED Flash along with 5-megapixel front shooter for a selfie. The camera app comes with geotagging. HDR, Panorama. The camera can record up to 1080p videos at 30 frames per second.
Talking about the connectivity, it is a 4G dual SIM smartphone along with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, A-GPS support. The smartphone will be available in India during Diwali sale and also will be sold at a discounted price. These are a really nice phablet with more than 6-inch display. In 6-inch display segment, there are other devices as well like Samsung A9 Pro which also comes with the 6-inch display. The bigger display comes handy if you are watching a video or movie on the smartphone.
