Xiaomi is all set to unveil new products on March 31st. CEO Lei Jun will be launching the new product in front of the Chinese media. On March 31st, Xiaomi will be celebrating its 5th Anniversary as a device manufacturer, and it is rumoured that new products could be unveiled on the day.
Xiaomi has launched the Redmi 2, Mi Note and the Mi Note Pro, earlier this year. Xiaomi also introduced the world to its all-new Mi TV 2, complete with great features offered at an extremely low prices, earlier this week. The new Mi TV is a cheaper variant of last year’s Mi TV 2, which boasts 4K screen and other high-end features.
Recently, benchmark listings of a new device called the Xiaomi Ferrari, which is likely to be a codename of an upcoming mid-range smartphone were spotted online. According to the GFXBench results, the Xiaomi Ferrari will purportedly feature a 64-bit octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 Processor clocked at 1.66GHz coupled with 2GB of RAM and Adreno 405 GPU.
If rumours are to be believed, Xiaomi might launch its first smartwatch, which will allegedly be called the Mi Watch. The watch is expected to feature a brushed metal design and a circular dial, and will come with the ability to monitor blood pressure via pulse wave the velocity recognition.
