Recently, Gold coloured Clamshell style smartphone made by Xiaomi has been certified by TENAA listing in China. The South Korean Giant Samsung recently launched a similar handset named G9198 dual-screen flip phone that was powered by Android 5.1.1 Lollipop in China. LG also launched a similar handset called LG Wine Smart in its home country recently.
As per the listing, The clamshell will feature a 3.97-inch 480 x 800 pixels display with 235ppi as pixel density and will come powered by 1.4GHz quad-core processor. The most interesting part of TENAA listing is the smartphone is backed by the massive 8GB RAM. It will have 16GB built-in storage with microSD card slot for expansion.
The listing also reveals an 8MP rear camera with LED flash and a 2MP front-facing snapper. The device also offers 4G-LTE connectivity and runs on Android 4.4.4 KitKat based Xiaomi’s clamshell UI on top of it.
The device is high-end-looking, with a gold-on-black style, as shown by TENAA. Now that as it is certified by TENAA, we can expect Xiaomi to launch clamshell soon. Stay tuned for more details!
