After three months of launching Xolo Black, Xolo has launched the successor of the Xolo Black smartphone called as Xolo Black 1X. The new Black 1X is comes with more than decent specifications and is priced at Rs. 9,999. The smartphone will be available online exclusively via Snapdeal starting from November 6, registration for which starts today.

Coming to its specifications, Xolo Black 1X features a 5-inch (1080×1920 pixels) IPS On-Cell display that will cover 80% of the NTSC colour gamut (most smartphones include 72%) which means it will offer better colour reproduction.” The device will come powered by MediaTek’s MT6753 64-bit octa-core processor clocked at 1.3GHz coupled with Mali-T720 GPU and whooping 3GB RAM. The smartphone comes with 32GB of internal storage that can be further expanded via a microSD card slot.
On the photography front, the device sports a 13MP rear camera with PDAF, LED flash and a 5MP front-facing shooter for capturing perfect selfies accompanied by a selfie flash. Connectivity options on the smartphone includes 4G-LTE, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS and a microUSB port.
The smartphone comes backed by a 2400mAh battery that can last for one day on mixed usage and runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop based HIVE Atlas UI out of the box. The Black 1X is just 7.6mm thick and offers a unique combination of leather, metal & glass finish at rear side that gives it a rich look and a better grip.
A quick recall, the Indian smartphone manufacturer Xolo launched Xolo Black, the first smartphone under its new Black series back in July at Rs. 12,999. The main highlight of the Xolo Black smartphone was its dual rear camera setup for DSLR-like bokeh (depth of field) effects. The device sports a 13MP + 2MP primary cameras and a 5MP front-facing shooter with front flash.
Along with the impressive camera, the Xolo Black also comes with mid-range specifications like a 5.5-inch FHD display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection on top of it. The smartphone comes powered by Snapdragon 615 SoC coupled with 2GB RAM, 16GB onboard storage with microSD card slot for expansion upto 32GB. The device comes backed by a 3200mAh battery, runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop-based Hive Atlas UI, has 4G LTE support and has USB with OTG functionality.
