The Chinese handset maker, ZTE has recently launched an entry-level smartphone in its Blade series called as ZTE Blade L5 Plus in Thailand. The device comes with 5-inch HD display, 1GB RAM, 8MP Camera, 4G-LTE support and is priced at $85. Today, the brand has released a low-end smartphone in its Voyage series called as ZTE Voyage 4 (A610) and is the successor of the Voyage 3 that launched in 2015. The smartphone comes with budget specifications and is priced at 799 Yuan (approx $123).
Coming to the specifications part, the ZTE Voyage 4 flaunts a 5-inch (1280×720 pixels) HD 2.5D arc display offering a pixel density of 294ppi. Under the hood, the smartphone comes equipped with 64-bit MediaTek MT6735P quad-core processor clocked at 1.0GHz clubbed with Mali-T720 GPU and 2GB of RAM for hassle free performance. It supports dual sim dual standby and runs Android 5.1 Lollipop based MiFlavor UI overlaid.
On the camera department, the smartphone features an 8MP rear camera with LED flash, autofocus and a 5MP front-facing camera for video calling and selfie lovers. The handset powers a 4000mAh battery that is rated to last upto an entire day of mixed usage. The device can also act as a powerbank to charge other smartphones with the provided OTG support. It has 8GB of internal storage and can be further expanded to 128GB via microSD card slot.
The device supports 4G-LTE along with other basic connectivity options like 2G/3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS/A-GPS and microUSB 2.0 port. The smartphone feels premium in hand with metal body and curved back that offers nice grip to hold. The dimensions of the handset measure 145 x 71 x 8.2 mm weighs around 147 grams and comes in Gold and Silver color options.
