Amazon has listed the Lenovo A series Ideatab, the Lenovo A1000 for a price of just $74.99 as a part of the Black Friday 2013 promotion. That’s an awesome deal right now, because getting something very decent to use with one of the latest OS versions, not the Gingerbread that still stays in some budget devices, is something to look out for. The Lenovo Ideatab A1000 is a 7-inch Android tablet that runs the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean OS and it has got some very decent specifications. The price at which the official DO Lenovo store sells it, is $124.79 after the eCoupon application, but the price at which Amazon is selling it, is just $74.99 which makes it a whooping discount of around 40%.
We just shared the Black friday deal of HP Slate 2800 in which the tablet was available for $128, but this one is even better, again only for those who don’t want to do a lot of stuff with a tablet device than just the normal gaming and networking. It’s an 8GB tablet and you can add up to 32GB of external storage to it, especially if you are looking to have a good database of movies and songs for entertainment. The Ideatab A1000 is powered by the MediaTek 8317 Dual Core 1.2 GHz processor and there is 1GB of RAM.
Having the USB On-the-go support, this tablet would make it possible to read the optical flash drives. The 72 percent color gamut screen with the 1024 x 600 pixels display resolution provides a good color output. There is no camera on the rear side, and the A1000 has a VGA front camera for the video calling, and the connectivity options included are the Wi-Fi, Bluetooth etc. and although there is no mention about the battery included, the company claims that it provides around 7 hours of usage on a single charge.
The deal looks good, and actually better than the many other deals available right now, because a mere $75 is what gets you a brand new tablet device with no crappy inclusions.
