Philips V800 Smartphone with Dual 3.7″ HD Display & 13MP Camera Spotted on TENAA

As the MWC 2016 event is getting closer, we are covering about many smartphones passing through various certification websites hinting at the MWC 2016 launch. Earlier, we exclusively reported about a clamshell smartphone from Gionee with model number Gionee W909 spotted on TENAA revealing the specifications and design of the smartphone. Now, a clamshell smartphone from Philips has appeared on TENAA listing with model number Philips V800 showing the mid-range specifications and design of the device.

As per the listing, the Philips V800 will feature a dual 3.7-inch (1280×720 pixels) HD TFT display and is expected to come equipped with the unspecified quad-core processor clocked at 1.5GHz. The device supports dual sim dual standby and runs on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop out of the box. It comes with 2GB of RAM, 16GB of onboard storage and also includes a microSD card slot for further expansion upto 16GB. Connectivity options on the device include 4G-LTE/3G HSPA+, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS/A-GPS and microUSB 2.0 port.

On the camera section, the device will sport a 13MP rear camera with LED flash and a 5MP front-facing camera for video calling and selfie lovers. The dimensions of the handset measure 116.8 x 60 x 19.1 mm and is currently listed in Black color option. The TENAA listing does not reveal battery capacity of the device. Although the company officially confirms nothing, as TENAA certifies it we can expect the brand to launch the upcoming flip smartphone in coming weeks. Stay tuned for more details in coming days!
