The heat between Samsung and LG has been increasing in manufacturing their flagship devices, and thus this should be a move from both to keep themselves ahead in the race against others, when the flagship devices are in question.
Both these flagship devices are powered by the Snapdragon 801 processor that has an LTE modem that will reach a maximum speed of 150 Mbps LTE- Advance speeds. The Snapdragon 805 processor will be coming with a many new features apart from just being fast.
