At IFA trade show in Berlin, many companies have forayed into future of the devices like Smartphone and mobile phones. We have seen the launch of Galaxy Note as something special was to be launched by Samsung and it did along with that it also included Galaxy S Wi-Fi 3.6 music player. Acer also has teamed up with Ferrari to unveil Acer Liquid Mini Ferrari edition.
This mobile phone has got 3.2 inches touch screen display which is powered by powerful Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system by Google. This new mobile phone from Acer will feature a Ferrari logo and Acer is looking forward to continue this Ferrari series to various lines of products featuring Ferrari logo, laptops and LCD monitors.
Acer Liquid Mini Ferrari themed handset is based on the original Acer Liquid Mini and its pre-installed with custom Ferrari User interface overlay. Other addition like Ferrari ring tones, Ferrari themed wallpapers and photos are included. This handset also includes the SocialJogger 2.0 app which is designed to bring the constant updates from Ferrari. This Liquid Mini Ferrari edition is lightweight at just 105 grams.
This handset will feature a Ferrari red body and packs a 600 MHz processor along with 512 MB of RAM. Along with that it will include 5 mega pixel rear camera capable of video recording at 480p and 720p HD. Just below the rear side camera you will find the prancing horse logo which depicts the Ferrari brand. Along with that it consists of microSD card slot which can be expandable up to 32 GB in memory (8 GB card is included along with the kit).
Straightaway it’s would be a 3G mobile phone with HSDPA support, Wi-Fi connectivity, Bluetooth 2.1 and GPS. You can share you rich media content with DLNA added and Wi-Fi hotspot also allows Wi-Fi sharing from your devices capable to support up to 5 devices. It supports MP3, WAV, WMA, eAAC+ audio formats and MP4, WMV, H.264, H.263 video formats. The mobile phone is powered with lithium-ion based 1300 mAh battery which powers mobile with 400 hours 2G standby time and 480 hours of 3G standby.
This Liquid Mini Ferrari edition also features the exclusive Bluetooth headset which will have the feature of noise cancellation and echo cancellation with automatic adjustment of incoming call volume. Acer has not fixed the price of this handset and also there is no word on the availability of this mobile phone edition.
