After the success of the Asus Zenfone 2 Laser 5 and Laser 5.5, the company has now launched yet another variant of the smartphone called as Asus Zenfone 2 Laser 6 ZE601KL in India. The device is priced at Rs. 17,999 and comes in Red, Silver and Gold color variants. The Zenfone 2 laser 6 will be available on Flipkart, Snapdeal, and Amazon at midnight and will also be available for sale offline across the country from the 2nd week of December.
Coming to its specifications, the smartphone flaunts a phablet-sized 6-inch (1080×1920 pixels) Full-HD display with ASUS TrueVivid Full Screen Lamination technology, 400ppi as pixel density and Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protection on top of it. Under the hood, is the Snapdragon 616 64-bit octa-core clocked at 1.7GHz coupled with Adreno 405 GPU and 3GB of RAM. The device comes with 32GB of built-in storage and also includes a microSD card slot for expansion upto 128GB.
On the photographic section, the device sports a 13MP rear camera with f/2.0 aperture, laser autofocus, and dual tone LED Real flash. On the front, it comes with a 5MP shooter with f/2.0 aperture and wide angle lens. Both the cameras of the smartphone feature various modes that can help to capture perfect stills. Connectivity options on the dual sim capable device include 4G-LTE, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS/A-GPS and microUSB port.
The handset comes backed by a 3000mAh battery that can easily last for an entire day on mixed usage. The smartphone runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop based ZenUI out of the box. The dimensions of the device measure 164.6 x 84 x 10.6 mm and weighs around 190 grams.
