For phones in the Samsung bandwagon like the Galaxy SII, Galaxy SIII and the Note II, rooting the phone does involve quite a number of steps to be executed stage by stage to successfully have the phone running with its root access on it.

Instructions
- Apply these all instruction listed in this post only for the devices listed above. do not use this guide with any other android device.
- Make a full backup for your critical data stored on your device by moving them directly to your memory card or your PC.
- Enable USB Debugging mode by going to Settings -> Device Information -> Enable USB Debugging Mode.
- Make sure the phone has at least over 70% of battery charge before initiating the process.
- Read the entire post and make sure that you don’t skip any steps that have been listed below.
Proceedure
- Download the Framaroot, one-click application from the following link – Download
- Now, install the APK which has been downloaded in Step 1 onto the Samsung phone.
- Using File Manager, navigate to the folder where the APK has been placed and run it.
- Once the APK installation is done, the phone is rooted.
