OnePlus says it’s dead serious about its roll out and promises that, if it misses either one of the releases, it will give away five 64GB OnePlus One units.

The company had previously promised an OTA rollout for CM12S within 3 months of the release of the Lollipop source code. In its announcement for the update, the company gives some reasons for the delay. Making the jump to Lollipop saw an unforeseen OS signing issue, rebuilding the camera app for compatibility, and crucial driver updates.
