Verizon Launches Ellipsis 10 Tablet with Massive 9100mAh Battery

Verizon has recently launched its new self-branded tablet called as Ellipsis 10. The new tablet is the successor to the Ellipsis 7 tablet that launched back in 2013, and the new device comes with a larger screen, updated specifications, and a bigger battery.

Coming to its specifications, as the name indicates the Ellipsis 10 features a 10.1-inch (1920×1080 pixels) TFT IPS display with pixel density of 294ppi and is powered by a quad-core processor clocked at 1.5GHz. The device comes with 1GB of RAM, 16GB of onboard storage with microSD card slot for expansion upto 32GB.

On the camera cordon, the tablet sports a 5MP rear camera with LED flash and a 2MP front-facing snapper for video chats and selfie images. The smartphone comes with standard connectivity options like 4G-LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS and a microUSB port. The tablet is wrapped in an anti-fingerprint coating preventing it from smudges and also features Angular-firing stereo speakers with a smart amplifier that enhances the loudness and sound quality.

The main USP of the device is the massive 9100mAh battery it boasts that is rated to deliver upto 25 hours of talk time and can last upto 38 days in standby mode. The tablet runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop out of the box and comes in Black color variant. The Ellipsis 10 is already available for purchase from Verizon for $199.99 on a two-year contract and can also be purchased off-contract for $299.99. It can also be purchased on installments by paying out nothing upfront and then paying $12.49 per month upto 24 months.
