Google Integrates Apps, Movies, eBooks & Music into One – Google PLAY

Google PLAY LogoGoogle Inc. surprises by unifying its digital entertainment offerings with a single Cloud based solution called as “Google Play”. So from today all the Google offerings from Google like Android Market Place, eBook Store and Google Music will be all under one common emporium umbrella named as “Google Play”. As of now this service is not yet rolled out Worldwide but it’s soon gonna be launched Worldwide very soon. With an all new Logo and a refreshed brushed Look, Google Play looks promising initially by converging different entertainment sections into one called “Play”. With the launch of Google PLAY, you can now purchase applications for as low as 25 cents. As soon as you open the Google PLAY or Android Market Place, you will be able to find the information about the same. We have shown a screen capture on how the new look of Google PLAY looks like. According to the Google, there will be following mentioned content available as of now in the form of Google Play but will soon be extended to other parts of World too.

To start off, Google PLAY will come along with the goodness of 20, 000 music tracks storage capability or also you can purchase new songs from a catalog of over 8 million songs. Apart from this, you can also choose from over 450, 000 applications including the games and a whopping 4 million eBooks which Google Inc. claims as the highest ever database of eBooks available on a single platform. The list doesn’t stop here, you can also rent from thousands of movies. When asked about the need of all this, Google’s Rosenberg said that they want to make everything very simple and they wanted to empower the Google users so that all can be done with just a sign on with Google account and also added that there’s many more such initiatives to come.
