The LG G4 device comes with an RGB LED notification light; it is located on the front. With LED flash for the alerts, you can place your smartphone on a table or nearby surface and not have to worry if you can’t hear it beeping or buzzing. You’ll be able to see it light up. The light blinks when a user misses a call or receives a text message, incoming emails, etc. LG gives you the option to disable the LED notification on the LG G4 if you feel like it.
Steps to Turn Off the LG G4 Notification LED
- Go to the Settings.
- Tap on Sound & notifications
- Check on or off the items you want to use the notification LED.
Note: You can also tap Off at the top to turn it off completely. You can set it only to blink with something important, like a missed call. Just tap the setting and you’ll be able to select what apps use the notification LED.
