HTC Bolt (Acadia) will be company’s first Android Nougat Smartphone

HTC Bolt codenamed Acadia is not announced yet. But a report claims that it will be launched later this month in the United States and will be the first handset from HTC to come with Android Nougat pre-installed. The report also clarifies that we can call Pixel and Pixel XL smartphone in this list because they are not HTC branded.


HTC Blot will be powered by Android Nougat out of the box while running Sense 8 UI on the top. The smartphone will come with 5.1-inch display along with 2560*1440 pixel resolution and at least 5 finger gesture support. It will have 2.1GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor along with Adreno 530 GPU. Feature wise, this device is similar to HTC 10. Plus the design like metal body and the fingerprint scanner is also like HTC 10. There will be dual-LED flash on the back of the camera.

The HTC Bolt will come with all sort of features and sensors. As we told you earlier, HTC Bolt will be launched in the US and followed by Europe, Asia and Africa. The details and release information was leaked by Evleaks on Twitter. Another leakster LlabtooFeR also revealed more details about the device.

The report also claims that Sprint will sell the HTC Bolt in the United States. There are not many details about the device right now. But we will update as soon as more details emerge.
