The Lenovo A7000 smartphone was unveiled at MWC, last month. The company just launched the smartphone in India at its event in New Delhi. It is the successor to the Lenovo’s A6000 smartphone. The smartphone is claimed to be the world’s first Android smartphone to feature Dolby Atmos technology for rich audio quality.

Hardware
Lenovo A7000 features a 5.5-inch HD screen, bigger than the 5-inch display of its predecessor A6000. It is powered by MediaTek MT6752m 1.5GHz True octa-Core processor coupled with 2GB of RAM.
A7000 only has 8GB of built-in memory, but it can be expanded up to 32GB using the microSD slot.it’s the world’s first smartphone to feature Dolby Atmos technology, as claimed by Lenovo. It support LTE (FDD) – Band 1, 3, 7, 20 (2600), LTE (TDD) – Band 40 (2300).
It measures 152.6 x 76.2 x 7.9mm ans weighs 140g only. Lenovo A7000 comes packed with a high-capacity 2900 mAh battery, which can run the phone for up to 36 talk-time hours and close to 12 days under standby mode.The smartphone comes in two colors: Onyx Black or Pearl White.
Software
The Lenovo A7000 runs Android 5.0 Lollipop with Vibe UI. It include Lenovo’s DOit apps software including: SHAREit to easily share files, photos and more between devices; CLONEit to transfer data to a new phone; SYNCit to back up contacts, text SMS and call logs.
Camera
Lenovo A7000 has an 8MP camera with LED flash on the back and a 5MP front facing camera.

Lenovo A7000 launched in India at Rs 8999 on 7th April 2015.The smartphone will go on sale starting 15th April on Flipkart. Registration has started for the same.
