A couple of weeks ago, Lenovo launched the powerful mid-ranged Lenovo K4 Note smartphone in India priced aggressively at Rs. 11,999. Today, yet another impressive mid-range smartphone from the brand with model number Lenovo K52t38 has received the TENAA certification revealing the complete specifications and design of the smartphone. The new smartphone is supposed to be called as Lenovo K5 Note, but the name of the device is not yet confirmed.
As per the TENAA listing, the Lenovo K52t38 (aka Lenovo K5 Note) will come with a 5.5-inch full-HD IPS display offering a pixel density of 401ppi. Under the hood, it is expected to pack all new MediaTek Helio P10 octa-core processor clocked at 1.8GHz coupled with 2GB of RAM, 16GB of built-in storage and microSD card slot for expansion upto 32GB. On the camera front, the smartphone will sport a 13MP rear camera with LED flash and an 8MP front-facing camera for video chats and selfie lovers. The device supports dual sim dual standby and runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop out of the box. It comes with connectivity options like 4G-LTE, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS/A-GPS, Wi-Fi and microUSB 2.0 port.
The smartphone sports all-metal unibody and its design mostly resemble the Redmi Note 3 smartphone that was launched in China in November 2015. The K5 Note also features a fingerprint sensor on the rear side for enhanced security of the device. The handset is expected to power a 3500mAh battery and will come in Gold, Silver and White color variants. Its dimensions measure 152 x 75.7 x 8.49 mm and weighs 165 grams. Although the company officially confirms nothing, as TENAA certifies it, we can expect the company to launch officially the smartphone during the Chinese new year. To recap, Lenovo has today launched an all-metal entry-level smartphone in China called as Lenovo Lemon 3 priced at 699 Yuan (approx $107). The Lemon 3 features a 5-inch Full-HD display, 64-bit Snapdragon 616 1.5GHz octa-core processor, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of built-in storage, 13MP primary camera, 5MP front snapper, 4G-LTE support, 2750mAh battery and runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop out of the box.
