Nexus 5 is not known for its great design but it is good enough in the hand and has a simple design with on-screen touch buttons, where as the OnePlus One an elegant design and according to the company the bezel is just 0.07mm and will be coming with customizable back cover in five different options.

Coming to the dimensions, the Nexus 5 has dimensions of 137.9 x 69.2 x 8.6 mm (5.43 x 2.72 x 0.34 inches) and the OnePlus One has the dimensions of 152.9 x 75.9 x 8.9 mm (6.02 x 2.99 x 0.35 inches). When compared to OnePlus One the Nexus 5 is 0.3 mm thinner at 8.6mm and the OnePlus One is at 8.9mm. Nexus 5 is little easier for one hand operations at 137.9 x 69.2mm compared to 152.9 x 75.9mm for OnePlus One, but there are people who prefer bigger handsets.

The Nexus 5 is lighter at 130 grams when compared with its rival OnePlus One which weights 162 grams, this may be mainly because of its bigger size.
