Samsung Galaxy Ace has been one of the most popular mid-range Android smartphones, with many coming at the same price range but the Ace had its own best things to stand higher. But LG keeps on coming with the best attempts to compete with the others in the market, and this time they have come up with the LG Optimus Hub, with a price that is little lesser than that of the Galaxy Ace.
In India, the device is launched with the price tag of Rs. 12,990 and this phone was available for pre-ordering few days back, but now is available in the online market, as spotted on Letsbuy.com. When the options are checked, most of them resemble that of the Galaxy Ace, having the 3.5-inch capacitive touchscreen, the 800 Mhz processor, Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system and the 5-Megapixel camera on the rear side. The Optimus Hub would be having the 1500 mAh battery, which is pretty good to give few hours of usage for the 800 Mhz processor and the light interface of Android.
Keeping the Galaxy Ace and the LG Optimus Hub side-by-side, one would just find the front bottom side a little different along with the back panel. The LG Optimus Hub is also called as the LG Univa, was actually launched globally around 3 months back, but since then the time of availability was uncertain, finally the device being available for purchase.
The other competitor in the league apart from the Galaxy Ace (which obviously would be the strongest one) is the HTC Explorer, which is priced still lesser but has a little lesser specifications.
