LYF, a smartphone owned by Reliance, has announced three new smartphones called as LYF Flame 2, Wind 4 and Water 7 in India. All the smartphones will be available via company’s official website and Reliance Retail stores across the country. With the launch of three new products, the brand has expanded its portfolio to 8 devices that already includes of Earth 1, Water 1, Water 2, Wind 6 and Flame 1 smartphones. All the smartphones support 4G-LTE, VoLTE, VoWiFi and run on Android OS.

We will continue to delight constantly our customers with similar novelty factors”, said a Reliance Retail spokesperson. LYF aims to be a key player in the Indian smartphone market by offering cutting edge technology and a superior user experience – the true 4G experience comprising HD Voice and Video calling.
Talking about the smartphones, the LYF Flame 2 priced at Rs. 4,999 is one of the most affordable 4G-LTE enabled smartphones in India with VoLTE and VoWiFi support. The LYF Wind 6 will be a battery-focused smartphone as it powers a massive 4000mAh battery that can easily take you through a couple of days on a single charge. Lastly, the LYF Water 7 will be of the highest quality among all the devices and also includes a fingerprint sensor for advanced security functions. The Water 7 is the first in the LYF branded smartphones that include a fingerprint sensor. Apart from this, no other details about the smartphones have been revealed by the company. A quick recall, LYF has recently launched an entry-level smartphone in its Wind series called as LYF Wind 6 in India priced at Rs. 7,090 and is available of for sale via Reliance Retail stores across the country. The smartphone features 5-inch FWVGA display, Snapdragon 210 SoC, 5MP primary and secondary cameras, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage, 4G-LTE with VoLTE and VoWiFi support, 2250mAh battery and runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop out of the box.
