Meizu Pro 5 Mini Smartphone with Helio X20 Deca-Core SoC Leaked

The Chinese smartphone manufacturer, Meizu launched the flagship Meizu Pro 5 the first smartphone in its latest ‘Pro’ lineup back in September. The Pro 5 comes with powerful specifications and is priced at 2,799 Yuan for 32GB variant and 3,099 Yuan for the 64GB variant. Now, the company is all set to launch the mini variant of the Pro 5 smartphone dubbed as Meizu Pro 5 mini.

According to the leaks, the Pro 5 mini is expected to come powered by the MediaTek Helio X20 deca-core processor that is still in the production stages. The smartphone will sport a smaller 4.7-inch Full-HD display when compared to the 5.7-inch display of Pro 5. The device is expected to arrive in two variants- one with 32GB of internal storage priced at 1,999 Yuan (approx $315 / Rs. 20,700) and the other with 64GB of built-in storage priced at 2,499 Yuan (approx $394 / Rs. 25,800).

Apart from these no other details of the Pro 5 Mini smartphone have been revealed by the company. As this information is entirely based on rumors, we advise you to take this with a proverbial pinch of salt. Stay tuned for more details of the device in coming days!

Meizu has recently launched a new mid-range smartphone dubbed as Meizu Metal in China priced at CNY 1,099 for 16GB variant and CNY 1,299 for 32GB variant. The smartphone features a full metal body, 5.5-inch Full-HD display, Helio X10 octa-core SoC, 2GB RAM, 16GB/32GB storage, 13MP camera with PDAF technology, 5MP front shooter, and 3140mAh battery. The smartphone also features a fingerprint scanner integrated into the home button and runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop OS.
