Nokia has finally agreed to the fact that without Android there is no road further and here comes an AOSP based Nokia X+ Android smartphone which ropes in the much needed Android platform in Nokia. Nokia unveiled 3 smartphone on Android based platform which are Nokia X, X+ and XL. All the 3 smartphones are built with the Android’s Open Source Project. Though, these devices from Nokia doesn’t come with the Google’s Android Play Store, but comes with the Nokia’s own Android app store. Specs and Features of Nokia X+:
Nokia X+ Android phone comes with the 4 inches of WVGA screen with a resolution of 480 x 800p and is powered with the 1GHz of Dual Core Qualcomm’s Snapdragon S4 Play processor. In terms of memory, this device comes with the 4GB of internal memory along with the expandable memory card support of up to 32GB and not to forget this device also comes with 768MB of RAM. Along with Microsoft’s One Drive and not the Google Drive app, this device also comes with Nokia’s fast lane experience. Adding to the list of specs this device has also got the Dual Sim support along with 3G, WIFI, GPS and A-GPS capabilities. And yes, how can we forget the Here Maps which is replaced with the Google Maps. In a nutshell, this Nokia X+ Android phone comes with the Android OS with most of the visual appeal bought from the Windows Platform.
