Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Lite to be launched at MWC 2014 – Details

SamMobile, one of the big sources for the Samsung Android smartphone news, has confirmed that a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Lite SM-N7505 smartphone is going to be launched at the MWC 2014 event. The lite is what is something new from Samsung for the actual devices which are already present in the market, giving the user yet another option to choose from. The Galaxy Note 3 was recently launched and it packed in the best specifications a smartphone could have, with the octa-core processor, a Full HD display, a 13-megapixel camera and 3GB of RAM. But would the Lite have the specs in the line of Note 3?

The Galaxy Note 3 Lite with the model number SM-N7505 is going to be available in black and white, unlike the several color options Samsung has made available for the Note 3, and its probably going to be a 5.49-inch one but Samsung is reportedly testing devices with even 5.7-inch screens. If the rumors are true, Samsung would be downgrading the camera and changing the display technology, with the camera coming down to 8-megapixel and the display should be an IPS one rather the Super AMOLED we have in the Note 3. This could be something in the lines of the Samsung Galaxy S4 Active.

Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Back

With the Note 3 being sold at an insane price in most of the places, the Note 3 Lite should be an excellent option as it might be coming with a lesser pricing and the design and back panel of the Note 3 being replicated in this should be an excellent one. The device should be running the Android 4.3 Jelly Bean or Android 4.4 KitKat and the Dual-SIM support is expected.

SamMobile also reports that the Note 3 Lite should be launched just around MWC 2014 and it won’t be a surprise if we see it showcased at the MWC event in Barcelona, sitting along with the Galaxy Grand Lite. For now, these are just the speculations and there is nothing officially said by Samsung.
