Call Log – Call Log and Restore
Images, Songs, Videos, Files – Copy to internal / External SD Card,
APN and MMS Settings – Note down from the path “Applications > Settings > Wireless and Network > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names”
- The third most important thing which you need to ensure is that all the software tools like the Antivirus tools as well as the PC Suites should be completely turned Off as these tools tend to hamper the process of the firmware update. Ensure that that the PC on which you will be using the PC for updating is having the full access or the admin rights in your computer or else the phone won’t be detected in the Odin.
