The Sony Xperia C is one of the latest devices launched by Sony, and it has got not-so-decent specifications but still a 8-megapixel shooter on the rear side, assisted by the flash for the low-light photo capturing. We liked the capturing for what a 8-megapixel camera can do, but the interface couldn’t respond well and it took quite some time for the shutter to click, and sometimes we miss the actual scene which we were trying to capture. Sony should have done something about this lag while capturing pictures in quick succession.
Talking of the image quality, it is quite decent when trying to focus on an object, and the low-light picture too came out good, but the flash light got spread in the captured photo. In the background defocusing, the job done was perfect because as we said, it did focus well on the object and the background was sent out of shape.
Sony has included some photo capturing modes and effects to make the camera experience better, but the final result wasn’t so appreciable. To refresh you about the specs that are included, the Xperia C from Sony comes with a 5-inch qHD display, and the processor included is a MTK MT6589 Quad-core processor clocking at 1.2 GHz, backed by 1GB of RAM. The maximum resolution at which the photos can be captured using the Xperia C camera, is 3264 x 2448 pixels, and the main features of the camera include Geo-tagging, touch focus, face and smile detection, HDR. The Xperia C comes with 2390 mAh battery and it runs the Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean OS.
