Toshiba Excite X10 Worlds Thinnest 10″ Tablet – Specs Photos & Price

It was clear that Toshiba will be coming up with Regza tablet The Excite X10 from Toshiba is the world’s thinnest 10 inches tablet with a measurement of 0.3 inches thickness and weights around 1.2 lbs.

Toshiba Excite X10Under the hood of this tablet, it will be powered with TI OMAP 4420 dual core processor clocked at 1.2 Ghz with 1 GB of RAM. The screen is sized at 10 inches with a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels. It will be inbuilt with Android 3.2 Honeycomb operating system and the upgrade to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich will be sooner as promised. A 5 mega pixel rear camera and 2 mega pixel front facing camera it present the best camera specifications prevailed accordingly to the market trends. The micro USB, mini HDMI and micro SD card slot altogether can very good connectivity options along with Wi-Fi is must. As far as my opinion is concerned I would like to wait until the default Ice Cream Sandwich is available on it.

I am sure the prices will see a drop as soon as the next generation killer iPad is announced and to my hope, Apple might price it at second generation price tag. Expect this tablet within the first quarter of 2012.
