The lesser known Chinese smartphone manufacturer, Ulefone has today launched a mid-range powerful smartphone called as Ulefone Power in China. The main USP of the device is it packs a massive 6050mAh battery that can last upto 65 hours of talk time, 4 days in regular use and 75 days in standby mode. The smartphone is available for sale in China starting today and is priced at $209.99 (approx Rs.13895).
Coming to its specifications, the Ulefone Power features a 5.5-inch (1080×1920 pixels) Full-HD display with 401ppi as pixel density, 2.5D arc glass and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection on top of it. Under the hood, it comes powered by MediaTek MT6753 64-bit octa-core processor clocked at 1.3GHz coupled with Mali T720 MP GPU and 3GB LPDDR3 RAM. The device supports dual sim dual standby and runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop out of the box with planned upgrade to Android Marshmallow in future.
The device comes with 16GB of onboard storage that can be further expanded using a microSD card slot upto 128GB. On the camera cordon, it sports a 13MP Sony IMX214 primary camera with f/1.8 aperture and dual LED flash and a 5MP front-facing camera for video calling and selfie lovers. Connectivity options on the smartphone include 4G-LTE, GPS/A-GPS, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Infrared, Hotknot and microUSB port.
The smartphone features a fingerprint sensor that is rated to unlock the device in just 0.1 to 0.3 seconds. The handset supports Quick Charging with the provided 9V/2A charger and can boast the battery to full in just 2 hours. It can also act as a power bank to charge other devices with the OTG support. The dimensions of the handset measure 155 x 77 x 9.5 mm weighs around 190 grams and comes in Blue, White and Wooden color variants.
To recap, Ulefone has recently launched a new smartphone in its Be Touch series called as Ulefone Be Touch 3 in China priced at $200. The Be Touch 3 features 5.5-inch Full-HD display, MediaTek MT6753 octa-core SoC, 3GB RAM, 16GB storage, 13MP main camera, 5MP front snapper and 2500mAh battery with Quick Charge support. The device sports a fingerprint sensor embedded into the physical home button and runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop out of the box.
