Pre Requisites:

After this, you also need to enable the USB Debugging Mode from the path “Settings > Applications > Development > USB debugging. Ensure that the USB Debugging option is ticked as shown in the below screen capture.
- Ensure device “Mass storage only” mode is not selected. Application -> Settings -> SD card & phone storage.
Note:
- Calling and messaging functions are not available during the update process.
- The entire upgrade process takes 30 minutes depending on internet connection and pc configuration.
- The handset is automatically reset during this process.
Remove SD Card as well as SIM Card from your phone so that the data remains safe .
