How to Update Galaxy S3 GT I9300 with Latest ICS 4.0.3 XXALE9 Firmware

This is the 2nd firmware which has been released after XXALE8 and is dubbed as XXALE9 firmware update which too is of 4.0.3 Android ICS firmware version.
