Procedure to Update HTC Sensation with ICS Android 4.0.3 Firmware with Sense 3.6 Version:
- Before proceeding, your HTC Sensation should have S Off, Clock Work Mod Recovery Installed and Rooted with 4EXT Touch Recovery installed.
- Download the ICS Android Revolution Custom ROM ICS Package from here to your computer along with the Super Wipe Package from here to your computer.
- Now, you need to turn Off the device so as to enter your device in the recovery mode. Press the Volume Down button and press Power button to start the phone. Now, once the phone gets ON, select “Boot loader” by pressing the Power button.

Note: Restore all the data which you have backed up. Also, most importantly you need to ensure that you have configured the APN Settings in your phone so as to access the Internet in your phone.
