Steps to update your Samsung Galaxy Beam I8520 to DXJF8 Asian Firmware 2.1 version:
- Initially, download Galaxy Beam I8520 DXJF8 package and save it on your computer (or Laptop) desktop. Extract the files form the downloaded package and in this process of extraction you will get a prompt notification and notifies you to enter the password. So, just enter the password as ‘androidadvices.com’ and extract the files.
- Once check all the extracted files, compare them with the screenshot below, and find out whether all the files are extracted properly or not, and if you found any of the missing file then download the file again and extract the same. Use again the above download link to in case of any missing file.
- You will have an Odin flash tool in the extracted files list. Now, open the Odin tool and turn OFF your phone. Here on, we use the Odin tool to continue the updation process of DXJF8 firmware. Just open the Odin tool and keep it ready for the usage.
- Now, turn ON your phone again and enter into the downloading mode. To enter into the downloading mode, just press volume DOWN key and OK button along with the Power button simultaneously. Refer to below video to know how to turn ON your phone in the downloading mode.
