Procedure to Update Galaxy SL I9003 with CRANIUMV3.1 Custom ROM Firmware:
To make things simple, there are two stages for applying this firmware, you need to go through both the stages so as to apply this custom rom firmware successfully.
Stage 1:
- First up you need to ensure that you install XXKPE version of firmware by following the corresponding instructions.
- After updating with XXKPE firmware, root Galaxy SL I9003 on XXKPE firmware by following the corresponding instructions.
- Note: Irrespective on which custom ROM firmware you are on, it’s always recommended to install XXKPE firmware and then update with the XXKPH version of firmware. (For best performance)
- Now, after this you need to install the XXKPH Firmware in your Galaxy SL I9003 phone by following the corresponding link.
- Once you have installed the XXKPH firmware, then Root your Galaxy SL I9003 on XXKPH Firmware.
- Now, assuming that you are on Rooted XXKPH Firmware which you can check the same from the path “Settings > About Phone > Firmware Version”. If the device is rooted, you can see that there will be apps like Super user as well as CWM and Tweaks.
